Sala Sant Miquel is a cultural space managed by Fundació Caixa Castelló, located on Calle Enmedio in Castellón de la Plana. It occupies the building of the former Church of San Miguel Arcángel, whose construction is dated 20 May 1679.

The original temple was erected in the seventeenth century and for centuries formed part of the city's religious fabric. Over time, the building was ceded and adapted for cultural uses, preserving its architectural structure as a container for contemporary activities.

Currently, the hall hosts visual arts exhibitions, concerts, meetings and cultural projects of various kinds. Fundació Caixa Castelló uses it as one of its main exhibition spaces in the provincial capital, with programming oriented towards contemporary creation and critical thinking.

The space is located in the heart of the historic centre of Castellón de la Plana, on Calle Enmedio, one of the busiest commercial and heritage routes in the city. Its privileged location makes it a culturally significant point of reference accessible to residents and visitors.

The conversion of this former Baroque temple into an exhibition hall is an example of the recovery of religious architectural heritage for public cultural use, following a common trend in medium and large-sized municipalities in the Valencia region.
