The natural site of Termet de la Mare de Déu de Gràcia constitutes the main peri-urban green space of Vila-real, in the province of Castellón. Its name derives from the hermitage dedicated to the patron saint of the city, the Virgin of Gràcia, which stands in the heart of the enclave and gives it both a natural and devotional character.

The hermitage is the central heritage element of the site and centre of local devotion towards the Mare de Déu de Gràcia, patron saint of Vila-real. The complex has historically articulated the festive and religious life of the population, serving as a venue for pilgrimages and traditional celebrations that persist today.

The Termet site offers significant tree cover in the context of the coastal plain of Plana Baixa, providing Vila-real residents with an area for recreation and contact with nature close to the urban centre. The Vila-real Town Council manages the space and organises cultural and family activities, including night-time visits related to stories and legends of the place.

Access is via Carrer Ermita, which leads from the town centre into the interior of the site. Nearby is the El Termet restaurant (Carrer Ermita, 387), integrated into the landscape, and the reference address of the natural park is Carrer Ermita, 300, 12540 Vila-real.
