The Termet de la Mare de Déu de Gràcia natural area is the main peri-urban green space of Vila-real, in the province of Castellón. Its name derives from the hermitage dedicated to the patron saint of the city, the Virgin of Gràcia, which stands at the centre of the enclave and gives it a character that is both natural and devotional.

The hermitage is the central heritage element of the area and the focus of local devotion to the Mare de Déu de Gràcia. The complex has historically structured the festive and religious life of the town, and has been the setting for pilgrimages and traditional celebrations that continue to this day.

The area offers a significant woodland within the coastal plain of the Plana Baixa and provides the residents of Vila-real with a recreational space close to the urban centre. Vila-real Town Council manages the space and organises cultural and family activities, including night-time visits related to the stories and legends of the place.

Access is via Carrer Ermita, which leads from the old town into the interior of the area. In the vicinity is the El Termet restaurant, set within the landscape.

El Termet is a characteristic example of the relationship between natural space, religious heritage and community life in the municipalities of the Plana Baixa, where the patron hermitage acts as the symbolic axis of the peri-urban territory and a meeting point between nature and local identity.
